Beautiful hotel, great location, exquisite breakfast and guest care at a high level. We were welcomed by a lovely receptionist Bianka. Even though we arrived at the busiest time, check-in went smoothly and we received all necessary information. Also receptionist Dominika and Anita were so friendly and helpful, answering all our additional questions. Check-out went smoothly as well, thanks to the nice receptionists Natalia and Karin. Breakfast in this hotel is definitely highly recommended, large and beautifully served selection of breakfast foods, friendly staff. We would like to thank the hotel staff for a wonderful stay, definitely coming back soon!

Very good location, close to the center. Nice and various breakfast, great cappucino. Nice and comfortable bed. Heated floor in the bathroom. Parking place underground reserved before arrival at the price of 15€/night.

Beautiful and luxurious hotel. Excellent breakfast and very nice restaurant. No complaints what so ever. Close to old town, 5 minutes walk.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Arcadia Boutique Hotel and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and outstanding service from the staff. The staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to assist with any request or inquiry, and their attention to detail was impeccable. Whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, or simply providing extra amenities, their level of service was unparalleled. The hotel itself had a charming and intimate atmosphere, with beautifully designed rooms that exuded both luxury and comfort. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings added to the overall ambiance and made me feel like I was in a truly unique and special place considering it was a palace at one stage where the king reigned and with it being over 900 years old it has a lot of history, yet was refurbished to what it is now 15 years ago and has had many a famous sports celeb and dignitaries through their halls. Yes we got a history lesson from the security guard who had been there for over 15 years. A very charming and knowledgeable man. The highlight of my stay, however, was undoubtedly the staff. Each and every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in ensuring that I had the best possible experience. They made me feel like a valued guest and their genuine hospitality was evident in every interaction. Whether it was the front desk staff who greeted me with a warm smile every time I entered the hotel, the housekeeping team who ensured my room was always immaculate, or the restaurant staff who provided exceptional service during my meals, every staff member played a crucial role in making my stay unforgettable. The level of service provided by the staff at this Boutique Hotel truly sets it apart from other establishments.
