Everything! The room was spacious, great design with quality furniture. The clening staff kept it spotless everyday. Loved having the balcony facing the canal, giving a little glimpse of local life in this charming prt of Bangkok. Great location near a lot of historical sights. Also they have a nice little pool on the rooftop with decent views.

I love the peace and quiet amidst the bustling around ICON siam. Walking distance to the ICON siam to get anything you wanted I was there to attend a fan meeting so its the perfect location for me. As much as I would like to gatekeep this but unfortunately, I cant. People need to know about this fabulous place! 25baht thai iced tea corner before the main road, once you reach nearer to ICON siam, the other vendors charge 30baht onwards. comfortable bed, spacious room, most importantly, ITS CLEAN! i love the bathroom and the minimalist interior design. Water flow inlet and outlet better than some of the hotel I stayed in before and wow I'm so thankful I found this place.

Clean, affordable, and comfortable stay. We travel and pack light so we appreciated the availability of a washer and dryer. We also like to order supper on Grab food so the communal eating area with microwave, an induction stove, ample cutleries were really nice. Our night shift caretaker Justin was very welcoming. You must also visit the rooftop on Level 6 - beautiful view at night with strong breeze overlooking the Chao Praya river. The place is also a short walk to Icon Siam and the BTS with plenty of massage parlor along the way. Walking distance to The Peninsula too if you fancy having tea time there. There’s a pharmacy nearby too.
