The lady who checked us in was amazing. She was there all of the time to see to our needs. She booked anything we needed and the hotel loaned us bicycles to ride to old town. It is a short walk or a shorter bike ride to the center of old town. It was lovely place to stay but it was made lovelier by the nice lady who took care of us at the front desk. Hotel was clean and efficient. It was on a busy street but we never heard the traffic. Slept like babies. We would stay here again for sure.

I liked everything. When I arrived, they told me they gave me a free upgrade so I got a very big and comfortable room with balcony. The staff is super nice and the location is great, pretty close to the Citadel and the beaches. They offer free bike rental and they provide various tours including a free walking tour of the Citadel (I didn't do any tour though). The value was outstanding for the price I paid and I recommend this hotel to people looking for a good but quiet location and all the services and amenities to make your trip great. They also have a nice swimming pool.

I used this hotel as a two week relaxing spot during my Asia trip. The staff does everything to make your stay comfortable. They arrange airport pickups and drop offs (for a good price), daytrips and more.

This place is brand new, everything is so neat. We got a free room upgrade to a suite which was huge and super comfortable. My husband got sick on our arrival and the staff was sooo kind and helpful, they helped us calling a doctor at 4:00am, they treated us so good, asking about his health, giving him gentle food, ginger tea, etc., we're very grateful with everyone who helped us on our stay. Highly recommended!
