Sofiana Hotel has a perfect location near the beautiful beach My Khe beach. It is no wonder that this beach is so famous and also recommended by the Forbes magazine. The 2 minutes walk to the beach and the central location near a variety of cafes and restaurants makes the location optimal for a stay in Da Nang. We stayed in the modern and cosy hotel for 5 nights. Everything that was promised by the hotel manager Vivian during the warm welcome has been exceeded. Vivian told us that they treat their guests as family members. It wasn't just about the careful planning of our stay, activities, great detailed recommendations, making our stay easier and more pleasant in every possible away, about the water and watermelon during the check in in the hotel, the hard working and attentive hotel personnel, it was about the whole experience. We have travelled around Vietnam before the stay at Sofiana, so we have already had some very pleasant experiences and have learned about the hospitality of the Vietnamese people, but the Sofiana stay was different. It was about family feeling, feeling seen, treated as royalty but with perfect attentiveness and familiarity. Vivian is a smart, charming, empathic, multi-talented person with perfect English. She is a perfect asset for every boutique or luxurious hotel worldwide. We were amazed by her skills to keep everything in sight and to complete the amazing hospitality and efforts of her staff. The breakfast was very tasty, everything was fresh, there was a great variety of Asian and European breakfast buffet and numerous vegetarian dishes. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. All in all, we had a perfect stay. When we come again to Da Nang, we are going to stay at Sofiana again for sure. Big thank you to Vivian and her team for making our Vietnam experience even more unforgettable.

From the check-in, till last minute we stayed there, which was 23 days I think 🤔, we liked everything, the reception made us feel everyday very welcome ,including the guys at entrance ,who gave us the beach towels,the staff at the restaurant , from the Chef and all the waiters, were polite ,very caring, clean,and amazing food ( I worked 30 years in this business ) we ate there many times and the food was every time exceptional, already miss the (Pho noodles ,and bahn xeo,the sea food soup too ,the vegetables spring rolls,..really the whole menu.. The Spa staff, very professional, we had massages and Sauna to the hotel and some other places too, we like the most at the hotel and one another place, to the hotel the whole package from the Sauna ,the massage rooms, the staff ,the massage beds, very clean and always smelling perfect, thousand percent recommend that place 😀 Over all the best 5 star I've stayed so far, in the top of all ,just can't stay without mention her, the most charming and professional executive assistant manager, -miss Phuong ,-thank you for making us feel ( me and my cousin)very welcome everyday ,asking us every time if we needed anything, just to make sure we've got everything to make our holiday unforgettable in that place 😊 Till next time TMS ,see you soon...
