It’s very nice! The rooftop is quite nice, we didn’t use the pool but we had a couple of beers there. They welcome you with a very delicious tea I wanna say? Which was lovely! I loved everything about my stay here. The room I selected was small but hey, we didn’t even spend time there. The breakfast in the morning was nice as well. We have no complaints at all!

One of my favorite stays of all time, exceptionally great customer service! I celebrated my anniversary with my boyfriend and the staff upgraded us a deluxe room. Would highly recommended staying here for a lovely holiday.

The best hotel in Vietnam. The most communicative, helpful and friendly staff. You feel like at home. Any issues (in general there is no issue with this awesome hotel) can be addressed by Ja Cosmo team immediately and effectively. Especially Brian is the key player. He can be helpful in all matters. Michael is amazing guy. They are professionals. I recommend to take tour by Ja Cosmo as well. Worth every penny. My next stay in Ha Noi is gonna be at Ja Cosmo surely.
