Everything. Cottage is sweet & includes everything you need & more. We made the most of the golf clubs & course right at the door. We enjoyed the lawn bowls we found inside, & the kayaks down at the lake - which is only a few minutes walk from the cottage. We kayaked on the shallow, warm lake for both sunset & sunrise & times in between - even those of us less inclined towards water sports had fun with it. Kangaroos everywhere. We also made use of the bbq on the deck with the big outdoor setting for dinner. Owner was friendly & popped in with updates as relevant, as well as to welcome us & introduce himself.

Perched on the edge of an escarpment, Treetops Seaview Montville offers tree houses with a spa bath and a fireplace. Guests enjoy a free daily breakfast hamper.

It's beautifully secluded, but close to all the restaurants, shops, and hikes. We will be back! It's well worth the splurge!

The cottage is delightful. The view is astounding. The cafe/restaurant down the hill is great. It is private, and peaceful.
