South AfricaThe location was perfect - directly opposite the ski lifts with access to both Grimentz and Zinal slopes. All staff were brilliant - friendly, efficient and helpful. The restaurant was excellent - so good in fact that we had dinner there 3 out the 5 nights that we stayed in Grimentz. And the Spa - with sauna, steam room and outdoor jacuzzi was a wonderfully relaxing space.

United KingdomWe loved this hotel - arriving after a long day’s hike the great little spa was very welcome. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, and the restaurant pleasantly informal. The staff were all delightful.
