This was a very unique place with excellent service! The surroundings were beautiful and breathtaking and you just feel at peace. It's a family business and you can tell by the amazing service and care for their guest. The food was amazing in the evenings. The whole experience felt so luxurious but comfortable and warm. One of my best experiences!

This was probably my favorite part of Costa Rica Trip! It was so surreal to spend some time disconnected and surrounded by such beautiful nature. Loved all the trails, but sandaderos in bosque la tigra was my favorite. It’s a primary and secondary rainforest property they have nearby and you can visit it for a small fee. I saw there more wildlife by myself than in any other forests walking with a guide. I did a night tour and we walked around the property, not even rainforest further out, and saw 3 snakes within the first 5minutes, so many frogs and other insects, and the guide was very knowledgable. I also planted a tree there and it was a really beautiful experience of giving back to the nature and community. Overall service is 10/10, always with a smile, always asking a question or two. No connection at all anywhere except the reception, but wifi there is stronger than in most coworkings I have visited here in Costa Rica. The only thing that was challenging for me personally and I have not seen it mentioned in the comments is if you sometimes get car sick, a road to the property will make you car sick, so please have some medicine handy. But it’s the entire area around that is like this, so just accepting it as part of adventure. I recommend staying for 2-3 nights and spending it in the lodge area enjoying the nature, the best disconnection and reconnection with the self “retreat” 🤭

We loved everything about our time here, such a special place, run by a very special couple who are passionate about the environment. Clearly they have worked hard for 10 years to restore the habitat and in doing so they've attracted mary species of birds and animals. This is a very special place. To add to our enjoyment their home cooked food was delicious. Highly recommend staying here if you enjoy the local environment , they have guided walks and this very much adds to the experience

Great eco lodge. It was fun to see the staff feeding the birds with fruit right when breakfast was served at 7am. The dining room is wide open and you really feel the rain forest. They have a little trail you can go on. Everything was great. Very quiet location.
