First off, all of the staff were wonderful, especially Crystal who showed us to the lodge and Roshak who served us dinner (apologies for the spellings). The lodge itself was a once in a lifetime stay, dinner and breakfast were great.

Surrounded by the Black River Natural Park and the mountains of Chamarel, Lakaz Chamarel Exclusive Lodge offers sweeping ocean views. The lodge is 3.7 mi from La Goulette village.

The location and the service were excellent. We stayed for 3 nights and would go back tomorrow. The location is remote and quiet and you have the feeling of being completely isolated. The views and surrounding areas are beautiful and the view from the view bar is also spectacular at sunset! The staff were incredibly helpful and always happy to assist.

La Vieille Cheminée is located on a 200-acre farm in Charamel and is surrounded by two rivers, indigenous trees and forest. It features an outdoor swimming pool, terrace and garden.
