We had a fantastic time at Lakefield Lodge. The lodge was impressively clean, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff, particularly one friendly lady, was responsive to our queries and super friendly. It is a wonderful place to stay with very open minded, friendly and helpful people.. Especially Poppy is doing a wonderful job during the breakfast time. You can get almost everything what you want. Generally the location is safe, beautiful, very green and quiet. You don't hear anything from the airport. The airport is about 15-20 min away from the Lodge. There is also a airport shuttle available. We will definitely come back the next time.

The place is really beautiful, the pics dont do it justice. Its very family friendly, our boys loved playing with the dog and cat so this was a bonus. Location perfect as we were attending the airshow - watched the afternoon part from the lodge. Chris and the staff are super friendly, and made us feel at home. A true gem.

Terry-Ann and Andrea are superb hosts. They are so extremely friendly, helpful, go out of their way to be accommodating and really make you feel at home. We chose the honeymoon suite as it has a fridge. The room was spacious with a slight African theme and tea and coffee making facilities were available along with a microwave. We had wifi access in the room and a ceiling fan and a little shaded veranda that runs along in front of all the rooms. The grassed grounds are large and landscaped with trees and plants and a big pond with waterfall feature. There is also a swimming pool and outdoor seating near the main building. If opting for meals then there is plenty as it is buffet style. Andrea has a nice little bar/pub with a huge selection of drinks. If needing to stay in the area then you cannot go wrong with Eastwoods as you will be made to feel very welcome.
