However it desperately needs air con as u cook inside the pods. The fan was almost non existent in the brutal heat. The staff were excellent but u need translation as English is not spoken. Pick up and drop off to the airport was very welcome. If u want to be close to the action tho, it’s not for you. Half hour walk to town in the heat isn’t doable. You need a car or scooter. It’s off the beaten track. The pool is a bonus but if ur in Easter island surely u won’t be laying around a pool at any time

Everything was perfect, the room was clean and new, and very comfortable. Just a 5min walk from the airport (there's only a couple of flights per day, and only during daytime) and 15min from the main street. The shower was great, no issue with the wifi and Lanii our host took very good care of us. We would stay at the same place if we came back to Rapa Nui

A sun terrace is available on site and cycling can be enjoyed within close proximity of the lodge. The most fantastic welcome we ever received. We had the feeling to be part of the family. We even learn how to make delicious empanadas ! The place is absolutely beautiful, the room is small but very comfortable with a private fully furnished bathroom. Everything is super-clean The included breakfast is copious and delicious They provide meals if requested. This is typical Chilean family cooking
