The staff are you helpful and attentive! The location is great if you want a somewhat remote and less busy experience. There are two big resorts with spas and beach clubs withing 5 mins drive. There’s are a few other big ones withjnf 30mins. Accommodation comes with appliances and even a blender and water dispenser 😊 I will be back and never leave! Dicky was welcoming. While the pool was under maintenance due to heavy rain before my arrival, the owner offered a generous solution by letting me stay for an additional night, free of charge. This level of proactive care turned a minor inconvenience into a wonderful bonus. The true highlight, however, was their support after I had checked out. I was in a panic thinking I had left my passport at the resort. The owner was not only incredibly prompt and responsive to my message but was also extremely helpful, allowing me to return to the property to search for it. Their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond, even after I was no longer a guest, truly blew me away. This level of customer service is truly remarkable. I highly recommend Resort JUNGLEROOM Canggu to anyone looking for a place where the owner genuinely cares about their guests' experience.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and has everything we need. There’s a water foundation inside the room, which conveniently solved the drinking water concern. The villa was beautifully embraced by plants and has a hidden stream. The pool was also regularly cleaned. We weren’t affected by the construction noise at all. The customer service was truly exceptional. We were welcomed by a big bowl of fresh fruits and two cute cats in the villa. All staff we encountered were genuinely kind and helpful. We accidentally left our valuable property in the safe box, Putu and Nicole were super responsive and generously helped us ship our stuff through international shipping back to Australia. We can’t thank them enough for their active problem solving and hospitality.

With garden views, Roots Tree House is located in Uluwatu and has a restaurant, a concierge service, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. The most unique place I’ve ever stayed at. Truly is a great place to stay at. Love the architecture and fall facilities cleans. However it’s a bit off the beaten path and the bed is not great. Seems a bit too old and soft, springs worn down, or just not great quality. Anyway, the place is still fantastic mainly because you’re literally living in a tree. Oh, I forgot to mention we had the family room. The smaller room for kids was like a little loft upstairs. Super effing adorable. If you have kids and this review, the kids are gonna love this place.
