The food (almost too much of it) the heated pool, the spa, the drinks on the deck, the game drives, the views, rooms are super clean and fresh towels whenever you need. There really isn’t anything not to like. It was a magical restful time and exactly what we needed after a crazy year.

The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. The place was immaculate and well maintained. Staff were welcoming and very friendly. The shared kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. Whilst we only did a quick stop over before crossing border into Botswana the next morning, I could definitely do an extra night or two to explore the place more next time.

Situated along the South Africa-Botswana border, Palala Game Lodge is 75 km from Lephalale. Loved the staff to begin with, very professional and courteous, the food was absolutely amazing, all the time, the game drive guide was knowledgeable and engaging, the whole place is definitely worth another visit. so I would definitely rate my visit and experience a 10/10.
