I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional amenities and services provided. The indoor pool was a delightful escape, allowing for a relaxing swim regardless of the weather outside. The gym was well-equipped, catering to all my fitness needs, and the media room was a great space to unwind and enjoy some entertainment. The breakfast and dinner offerings were truly exceptional. Each meal was delicious, featuring a wide variety of options that catered to different tastes and dietary needs. The quality and presentation of the food exceeded my expectations every time. What really stood out to me, however, was the staff. Every member of the personnel was extremely nice, kind, and helpful. Their genuine hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. The hotel's location is very good, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel offers everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. We liked this hotel so much, the food was various and tasty, especially the fuits. Spa and wellness was excellent, clean, big, almost no one there it was like a private spa. Nice view from the room, perfect skishoes room, beautifuly traditionally decorated interior. We had a bag for spa with hotel shoes, bathrobes, towels, etc. We also obtained a gift in the end of our stay. Very friendly hotel.

Everything was just perfect! Hotel is very freshly renovated, and is managed by a high-class Austrian chef and hotelier, who runs the property with love, which can be felt in every detail. Ideal location (20-40 mins car drive) in the middle of a number of famous ski resorts - Kaprun/Zell-am-See, Obertauern, Flachau-Wagrain. Just one advice/wish for future - the water temperature in the outside pool could have been just a little bit higher than just 30C, which felt a little bit chilly to stay there for long. Otherwise, the wellness area is quite spacious, comfortable and well-equiped.

Our stay at the Nesslerhof was absolutely wonderful, with warm hospitality and a real sense of care from everyone we met. The spa area was incredible, the food was outstanding, and the rooms were beautiful with super comfortable beds. A big shout-out to Elias in the restaurant, whose friendly service and spot-on wine recommendations made our dinners extra special. We can’t wait to come back. The photos online do not do this hotel justice. It’s hard to believe but it’s even better and more beautiful in real life!

Completely extended in 2020 and located in the centre of Großarl in the Ski Amadé region, Berg-Leben features a large, top-floor spa area. The cable car is just a short walk away.
