EVERYTHING was superb. It's a new hotel but staff has been really well trained, friendly and genuine. Adam of breakfast service was a top fellow. Made for a great experience! Very good coffee. Restaurant menu perfect, chicken Cesar Salad the best! Views, stunning location, amazing interiors, comfort and style in every inch of this fantastic hotel. Elegant but not pretentious. We have been in this hotel before. We knew the quality of the hotel, amenities and staff. This trip was also great, we had a very good staying and the staff was more than helpful. Their kindness and support during our staying was second to none. They made everything possible for us to have good time, they helped us with our special requests for transport (my husband has mobility problems). Even after we have done the check out, they supported us with additional information about our trip. We also had a very good dinner meal in the Chinese restaurant, the staff provided us with recommendations.

Beautiful hotel with lovely and welcoming staff. Great views of Brussels over the Botanic Gardens. My room was spacious and the decor was fun. Pretty easy walk to Brussels Nord train station or public transportation.
