We loved our spacious room and if you leaned over the balcony you could see the Matterhorn. The staff was extremely welcoming to usabd our 2 dogs, delicious breakfast and we loved their kindness to let us use their spa ( after check out) once we came back from a very long hike . That was a lifesaver!

The bus stop in the front of the hotel in case you need to use it The room was so comfortable, big and it had all the amenities you need. The view from the room was spectacular I got a room with Matterhorm view. The staff was super friendly and helpful. So what else you need !! I would definitely recommend this hotel

As a family leisure, we went for the suite, excellent for two adults and two children, everyone enjoyed it. The spa area is not big, but excellent for a few people, Sauna rooms are very designed and maintained. Breakfast was good. The restaurant OVIS was excellent, the chef, staff, food was amazing.
