Stellar breakfast really beautifully displayed - very many options, eggs cooked to order, coffee as you wish. Very friendly staff offering tips for how to spend the day. Every single item in the hotel seemed to be curated with care - too many details to list - but I noticed! Really lovely touches everywhere you look. Regional décor in typical Bavarian/Alpine style but not at all outdated or drab. Fabulous pool and infrared and steam saunas. Plenty of parking directly in front of the hotel. Easy and safe walk to the lake.

A very nice and well arranged apartment. Only 1 other apartment in the same staircase so very calm. Nice view and many nice walking opportunities around the corner.

As a seasoned traveler, I can say that this accommodation was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Very well equiped (for example, with such details as three or four various types of towels or induction cooktop with down air system); perfectly clean; enough big for two; excellent location; culture of trust (the owners simply left the keys in the mailbox, visible from the sidewalk); parking card (!) for the parking house in the distance of 300m; guest card etc. And naturally, Bad Tolz itself is gorgeous (beautiful waterfront, bike paths, easy access to Munich...).

Providing mountain views, Landhaus Am Arzbach in Bad Tölz provides accommodation and a garden. There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available.

The apartment itself was beautiful and extremely spacious, everything was clean and organised. We had a great time there, for the price off-season it was well worth it.
