Great hotel, really happy with everything about this place. warm and cosy rooms, staff were very helpful. The location could not be faulted - very very easy to access the main railway station; metro and also the airport tram. There is a shopping mall a 2 min walk away with supermarket, food hall, restaurants etc for convenience.

One of the top hotel I stayed and I stay not less then 60 nights per year in hotels for 20 years. Professional but still warm service, great design, location and property is amazing. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice. The staff were extremely helpful and charming. We were also upgraded to a much larger room, at no extra cost, as our luggage could not fit comfortably into the room that was reserved for us. The facilities in the rooms were very good.

Room view was excellent, very clean and comfortable overall. What I didn’t expect was the level of service from all staff, but especially the concierge. Francois and Julien were the most excellent concierge I’ve ever come across. Will stay in Villa Maia again when I go back Lyon just for the concierge team.
