Clean rooms and hotel, large room/shower place with big balcony and waterfall view. Beautiful infinity pool to cool down in the middle of the day. Friendly staff who will do everything to make your stay more comfortable. We loved the 5 o'clock tea and snack time. Perfect dinner options also. Don't hesitate to book, you will enjoy it. Special thanks to Harikrishnahan (kitchen service), Shaji (staff) and Vinesh (admin manager) for making our breakfast early in the morning and giving us a nice present. We were 7h late with our flight-it was almost 10 p.m so it was very helpful that the booking is automatic, we booked just 5min before coming, . The room are clean and spacious, for the hot water just wait for few min. Staff and the manager were very nice and helpful, they helped us with the advice how to get to Koothatukulam. Recommend!
