    Extremely clean, perfect location, luxurious, one of my favourite family holidays. On par with luxury hotels in the UAE. Very impressive. The people of Morroco are the friendliest, the staff at the resort always accommodating and kind. Thank you for everything. Special mention to Chigr Soufiane who was always available for help. Our housekeeping lady was so friendly and pristine too, sorry I cannot remember her name! Apologies I cannot remember anyone else’s names, but you are all fantastic.

    It’s my 5 Stars hostel! I stayed here 3 times and have never regretted my choice. Mohamed is absolutely friendly and helpful host. The facilities are clean and everything is functioning perfect. The terrace with amazing view. Beds are supercomfi. It’s very warm in the dormitory. In the middle of December! When I am again in Agadir - only in Tagazout life!

    Mounir the guests relations manager was exceptionally helpful through your whole stay from start to finish ,ensuring we had a five star experience. Iman are host delivered excellent customer service as did all the staff. especially Habib the head chef with his superb cuisine with Achaf ,our waiter and Abdul our pizza man following in their footsteps with top class service with a smile. we will be back ! mark and Youssef.
