Bob & Margaret were exceptional hosts. The accommodation with great, clean and the fan above the bed great for the warm weather. It had a lovely spa with a gorgeous view! We have already booked to stay again.

I loved it. You get nicely greeted by the dogs and cats of the owner, get a milk (or in my case a beer, thank you) and a short instruction about the things in the room. It's not too far from the city center but also out in the nature where you van listen to the chirping sound for a good night rest.

We stayed at Panorama Heights before and couldn't wait to finally be able to come back to this beautiful place and the lovely hosts. The apartment offers a lot of space and amenities and provides a very comfortable setting. In addition, Pam and Murray provide help if needed, charming chats, and make you feel warmly welcome. But most of all, the views from the apartment and terrace are breathtakingly spectacular - simply beyond comparison. We had an absolutely amazing time that was worth the years of wait! Lovely room with an amazing view. Inge was an exceptional host and couldn’t do enough for us. She went out of her way to ensure we had a great stay and even offered to give us lifts to and from the town. She also gave us great advice on things to do in Rotorua and on our onward travels.
