The room is brand new and was way more spatious than it seemed in the photos; the bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower and high-end smart toilet. Bedroom is large, hard and comfortable to my taste. The cleanliness of the building and the room is A+. Communication is limited but efficient. Breakfast buffet: top!

In a month of travelling Thailand, the Heritage won the prize for the comfirst bed, best breakfast choices, quietest room and best value for money. We were so impressed by the whole design of the hotel, which looks unremarkable from the outside but which is beautifully appointed inside with style, elegance and a sense you're ina 5-star place. The breakfast had so many options (though a few more vegetarian choices would certainly be a plus!) and the wifi was fast and reliable. The pool is huge and the library cafe feels spacious and even quite opulent. Overall, a superb choice and, in the low season of July, outstanding value for money. The place far exceded any of the experiences we had in previous visits to Chiang Rai. Highly recommended!

I loved everything about this property! The restaurant and accommodation are part of a working organic farm. Spectacular location, beautiful brand new cottages overlooking the river and the rice fields beyond, a great selection of healthy dishes, and above all, wonderful management and staff. Harry is always there with help and advice as well as a good story or two. The location is rather remote, ideal for hanging out, birdwatching and relaxing. If you do not have your transport or tours organized, getting a taxi can be a bit challenging, but Joe is willing to take you to your destination for a nominal fee. I would return to Sirin Farm any time!
