What I liked most about the Valora Hotel Resonance Taipei, Tapestry Collection by Hilton was its modern, elegant design and attention to detail. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well soundproofed—perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. The location is ideal, with easy access to the MRT and major Taipei attractions. Breakfast was varied and delicious, offering both local and international options. This was our second stay at the hotel and it exceeded our expectations. From the responsive communications before our arrival, to the well-appointed, clean rooms and all the friendly and helpful staff we came in contact with, the whole experience was unforgettable and we look forward to returning. We found the beds and pillows incredibly comfortable to sleep on. The location is a short commute from the more lively suburbs/CBD, which suited us as we preferred staying in a slightly quieter area.

    The staff were incredible and went beyond expectations. They catered for my very early arrival on Day 1 and very late departure at the end of my stay. The facilities were superb. I loved the Japanese influence on the facilities that were provided. The Lounge was excellent for relaxing and getting a quick coffee. The cleaning staff were perfectionists and my room each day was immaculate after they had tidied.
