We had a fantastic stay, and love everything about the place. The rooms are clean, and so well equipped. The location is fantastic for exploring everything in Franschhoek. Most of all we enjoyed “happy hour” with the owners, Lin and Mick, and the other guests - it was always the perfect start to the night. Staying at 1aa Wilhelminia is also fantastic value for money - I would highly recommend and definitely look forward to returning for another visit.

There aren't enough words to describe what a little slice of heaven the Last Word is. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Conrad and his team were so welcoming and attentive to all our needs. They were helpful and informative, giving you advice on things to do but also space to explore. The attention to detail is unmatched. Small gestures such as a thoughtful dessert on your bed at the end of the day, were just some of the ways they made our stay special. The facilities are luxurious, the location is perfect for exploring Franschhoek on foot. The only negative feeling we had during our entire stay was having to leave. Would recommend 100 times over. Thank you!
