I read the bad reviews about the food, I do not know what people usually eat, but for me the food quality was far over the expectations. Beautiful beach. And with the rented car you can reach in 20-30 minutes one of the most beautiful beaches as well as other amazing trekking places in DR if the hotel beach is not enough.

The great location, as the samana bay is my favorite spot in DR. The breathtaking views over the sea from the very comfortable room, from the pool, from the elevators... what else? The staff, very friendly n helpful..the large choice of nice food... What else? The decoration of the hotel, full of nice paintings, the excursions available around samana bay (seeing the whales is a must)..what else? The large pool with seaview and bar... Everything was great as a matter of fact...Ah cherry on the top: an incredible elevator that brings you right to the beach!
