The staff was extremely kind — they held our luggage while we waited for check-in and even allowed us to check in early. Truly great service. There’s a laundry area, which was very helpful and had clear instructions for using both the washer and dryer. The room was very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the retro video game machine — I had a lot of fun with it! The bed was cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean and easy to move around in. The atmosphere was very peaceful — we slept soundly without any disturbances. I’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed here with our 3-year old and every aspect of the hotel was perfect during our stay. They have everything you need for your kid, from kids shampoo & lotion, super cute kids bed (including welcome toys), little steps so she can use the sink herself, and all other stuff you can borrow like strollers or extra air purifiers. They have all the family rooms on the same kids floor and the kids club is also on the same floor. Our daughter loves spending hours in the kids club with books, bricks to build, small slide with the ball pool. The garden pool has all the kids swimming vests in different sizes that you can just grab and put it on. Everything is super clean and staff is great too! We wanted to hike Hallasan so had to book a taxi for the early morning, the staff helped us with that and also answered our questions about hiking possibilities with the weather conditions. There is a convenience store just downstairs that has everything you need. Out of the resort there are also lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Would love to stay here again if we go visiting Jeju island next time.

Less than a 5-minute walk from Jungmun Beach, this 5-star accommodation is located within a 10-minute walk from Teddy Bear Museum and only a 5-minute drive from Jeju Convention Centre. It takes 50 minutes by car to reach Jeju International Airport. I love that this hotel has a strict smoke forbidding everywhere, even on balcony it is not allowed to smoke. That’s absolutely fantastic!! It really make sure that everyone who stays there can finally enjoy the fresh good air. Thank you so much for protecting your non-smokers guests in such a caring way. We also love the pools and food. Perfect service! We will definitely come back again!!
