I had a complaint regarding the breakfast service at the hotel, as well as the inappropriate behavior of a staff member working during that time. However, Mr. Halil promptly addressed the issue and ensured that the remainder of our stay was pleasant and enjoyable."

Got a touch of the flu and the staff went out of their way to provide us with complimentary honey and some herbal tea.
