The location was beautiful with clear views through to the lake. The wood fire made a welcome edition in the snow and it was modern and clean

Very friendly staff. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and contributed much to the overall good value.

The beds were super comfortable and it had everything we could need. Great that everything was on one level as I was travelling with my elderly mother. Felt like a home away from home. There was even an oven to make christmas mince pies to contribute to christmas dinner

Everything is fantastic, the location, the view, and the facilities. Kitchen is fully equipped, especially love the dishwasher. Very convenient if you go for the sliver river stargazing, the register office is just opposite.

Great service recovery from the reception staff. The request for twin beds was not registered, however the staff managed to put one of us into another room for the night.

clean and had everything we needed for our stay. we arrived later in the evening and they had room ready with contactless registration great.

Our compact, fifth-floor apartment is ideally placed, being ten minutes walk from Cathedral Square, and a similr distance to the Arts Centre and botanic gardens. We were able to use the lockbox to get our swipe card, avoiding the need to use the app which was problematic given we registered with my own mobile number, but was using an NZ SIM here. The small balcony faces the city centre, and gives a view along Amargh Street with the odd tram trundling by.

compact , but equipped with everything . clean and neat , nicely decorated and importantly one of the few hotels in Australia and NZ to supply decent toilet paper !
