Located on the shores of Lake Taupo, Anchorage Resort offers rooms with free unlimited WiFi access and views of either the pool or the lake. Guests can relax on the deck around the outdoor heated swimming pool. The de luxe room was bigger than what we expected. It has a beautiful lake and pool view. The hot pool was nice. You also have your own parking. You have kitchen stuff needed if you would like to cook something. Beds are comfy and all have warming blanket (perfect because of the season). There is a heater in the room besides the heat pump in the lounge. The lounge is spacious. It is actually nice to stay and relax here the whole day.
