The hotel was very nice, very comfortable, clean and cozy. The location is perfect: right next to the train station and the main street to go to the park. The complementary snacks are great. The onsen was also excellent.

We loved the onsen bath! It was perfetc to relax and restore our energy after a day of exploring the fantastic park and the local shops.

The Hotel has free parking. The facilities look good, and are quite quiet. I haven't tried the onsen, but it seems to only be used by older people. There is a welcome drink and the breakfast is from 6:30. The pillow in the room is very hard and it just one for two people sleeping, however, they have several options of pillows in the lobby so you can choose the one you like the most.

Convenient any time spa (I went at 11pm and it was still busy)- felt great after a full day of walking. Appreciated the deluxe heated toilet seat with bidet. Also liked the live music, restaurant (excellent breakfast), and shaved ice. Very friendly staff
