This is a new and beautiful hotel . They just opened last March 1 ,2025 . The staff at the front desk are very attentive & nice . We booked 2 comer suites . .exceptionally big and the view in our rooms are breathtaking. There's also a new big supermarket / pharmacy adjacent to the hotel . And a good ramen place .family Mart & 7-11 are also nearby .

Really good location, just one (very short) block away from everything - Tanuki Koji shopping street, Pole Town / Sapporo - Odori - Susukino underpass, Tram line, metro line. Breakfast was also fantastic and the onsens were very pleasant too.

We use the hotel as a base as we can leave the luggage at the storage when we overnight in Otaru and Noboribetsu. The bus stops to those town are not far from the hotel. Hotel has scheduled shuttle bus to Sapporo station but i think only between 7:30am to 17:00. Going back to the airport, bus doesn’t stop at the hotel. The closest stop is around 15 min walk. Unless you can take the shuttle to Sapporo station, the stop is at the south exit . Lawson convenient store is just across the street

The room is very clean and spacious, the whole hotel is elegant and pretty. There is a seicomart on the ground floor connected to the hotel, very convenient. They have japanese and western style dishes for breakfast , even soft cream is available.

All the staffs were kind and considerate. Dinner buffet was excellent. Suite room was spacious. Shuttle bus was punctual.
