Everything is clean and in good conditions. The room is great and comfortable. The public bath also big enough and relax. And the most important thing is all the staff we met were nice and polite. We were very late to check-in as we lost the way. Receptionist was very kind and waited for us.

It was a very comfortable place at a very reasonable price, with everything you need for a longer stay. The host is super helpful and went above and beyond to help us out with various things related to our staying in Japan in general. The apartment itself is large and with a balcony. There's a nice bath, standard Japanese fancy toilet, decent sized kitchen and refrigerator. The internet is super fast. It's in a quiet and beautiful area with little homes and rice fields and the surrounding area has lots of little restaurants to try out. It's very much rural Japan, which is a vibe we liked. There's an excellent sashimi restaurant about a 5-7 minute walk down the street and a tasty little takoyaki / taiyaki stand run by some sweet old ladies. There's also a bunch of Udon restaurants (what Kagawa / Takamatsu is famous for) within walking distance. If you have a bike or car there is parking for both.
