Stunning modern hotel, but featuring beautiful traditional Japanese features and a hot spring bath. The place was immaculately clean and I loved that my hotel room came complete with its own hinoki bath tub. The staff were lovely also.

Really beautiful hotel. Sauna and hot spring are great. Friendly staff and great additional service like free ramen and ice-cream. Close to station and castle. Supermarket next to the hotel.

Onsen baths, room hot spring bath, location near Daiwa & some beautiful old neighbourhood near a canal I explored.

This hotel has an onsen, but just as importantly, the hot spring water is available in your room in a smallish but wooden tub. Can't beat soaking in hot spring water in your own room.
We stayed in a traditional Japanese room and slept on futons on the tatami mats.
Breakfast selection was vast, and Japan oriented. We really enjoyed the shrimp tempura.
