The family are extremely welcoming and helpful, they speak excellent English which was handy for us and we gladly took them up on some of their food recommendations and discounts for local activities. Several times we were provided with tea and snacks and they also offer free bicycles which we used. The room itself was spacious, clean and quiet with an excellent shower. The property is in a great location too. Overall we had a fantastic stay.

We rented the whole villa, and it was quite affordable for the size and location. Since the rooms may also be rented separately, each one has its own bathroom, which is very convenient. The beds were good as well. The kitchen was well-equipped, there was also a washing machine (even two) and a dryer (not immediately obvious, it's on the lower floor terrace). The beach is nearby. It was almost empty when we stayed which is unlikely to happen in a busier season, but even then it's likely to be less crowded than anything closer to the city. We thought that the breakfast would be brought from one of the local cafes, but turned out that a lady (who did the rest of housekeeping) cooked it right in our kitchen, so it's as fresh as possible (but on the negative side, will go cold if you sleep in).

Fine hotel for affordable price. Everything was as it should be. Bunch of restaurants nearby and short distance to public beach and Marble Mountain is an advantage for sure.
