The staffs are all nice and kind in introducing the room and surroundings. The foot onsen us worth trying and the outdoor Onsen is comfy and the view is wonderful.

We booked a Japanese-style riverside villa with our own private bath — the spacious interior and beautiful outdoor views were well worth the price. There were many different types of public baths too with varying views/ambiances. Dinner and breakfast were top-notch — you can tell that they’re made of quality ingredients.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The famous Nanzoin Temple is a 30-minute train ride away. The hotel is very well connected to Hakata Station via underground walkway. The direct elevators to the rooms are literally located in the station’s basement floor so all you need is your keycard and viola. The hotel is very new, modern and has very good sized rooms with spacious bathrooms and great amenities. The TV also has Apple TV so you can watch your favorite shows without worrying for bedtime or while eating in the room. There are a lot of food options (in and around Hakata Station), a Starbucks next door, two Lawsons and a Family Mart just around the corners. The staff were amazing and polite and spoke very good English so you don’t have to worry about the language barrier. Thank you for the amazing service and treatment.

Very attentive staff Room is very comfy and the private onsen is great :) My family loved the dinner and the breakfast- they are quite instagrammable and equally delicious:)

Ideally situated in the Yufuin Onsen district, this hotel provides a spa and wellness centre, as well as a hot spring bath. The property is non-smoking and is located 25 km from Beppu Station. This hoteI is new and very clean. The owner of the hotel is a very nice and very helpful. I can see the beatiful view of the mountain from the window of the hotel. The private onsen is very impressive. I got lost because my GPS doesn't work and I got there late at night. Fortunately, I brought the phone number and the name of the hotel in Japanese. The owner is so nice to come to pick me up and take me to the hotel safely.

The guest house is located in a geothermal area, with a number of hot springs nearby for guests to relax in. The location is amazing. It's convenient, close to public transport and also close to many sightseeing areas. You also get a great view of Beppu from the area around the hostel. The interior of the hostel is fantastic, you could spend hours looking at all the decorations and talking about your favorite shows. Tosi was also an incredible host who went above and beyond to make my stay as special as possible.

Guests at the hotel will be able to enjoy activities in and around Kagoshima, like hiking and fishing. Very handy shuttle service to and from central station (and start of bus tours). Also on a tram line. Pleasant residental area around the hotel with river walk close by. Hotel and staff great. Our room had panoramic view of Sakurajima.
