We were two Australian couples travelling through Kelowna with a rental car. Our preference was to be in a quiet area and drive to the sites we wished to visit. Salish B&B is in West Kelowna on a hillside set amongst a few small farmlets and other homes. Our hosts. Alfonso and Michelle were friendly and welcoming and we felt at home instantly. Rooms were well appointed and beds so comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was continental with lots of choices, a cooked breakfast was available at a small additional fee. Seating for breakfast afforded views of the lake. It was a bonus to have a sitting room for reading, relaxing or enjoying the views. Michelle offers beauty services, unfortunatley we did not have time to enjoy them this visit. There are some great vineyards and resturants within 5- 15 minutes drive of the B&B, we will return to Salish if the opportunity arises to visit the area again.

Amazing hosts, fabulous breakfast. Wonderful views over Kelowna and great outdoor space to chill and take in the views. Favourite place we stayed during our two week trip to BC and Alberta. Would highly recommend.

Merle and Lou were the consumate hosts. They looked after us in every regard. Great breakfasts each morning and great conversation. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was delicious both days; fruit & yogurt parfait with blueberry pancakes & syrup the first morning. And the following day was parfait with ham & cheese omlet and toast.

This hotel is located on a secluded stretch of Okanagan Lake in Summerland, British Columbia. Every suite offers a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and soaker tub.
