Very nice and very clean apartment! Good location, free parking, self check-in worked well, the instructions were clear and simple, and access to the apartment was quick with a code thanks to the clear instructions. I especially liked the bed; the pillows were very high-quality and gave a nice, luxurious feel (unfortunately many apartments tend to skimp on good pillows!).

Newly opened, beautifully decorated, air conditioned bedrooms, great facilities, family-run and extremely friendly. Set on the banks of Lake Lugano, the terrace, where you have breakfast/ drinks has amazing views across the lake. The breakfast is outstanding- freshly baked breads to start, followed by homemade waffles, and finished off with any type of eggs and bacon. Fabulous orange juice and tea/coffee. The owners also recommended an Italian restaurant 3 minutes walk away, and even reserved a table for us. The food and staff there were amazing too! Villa Patria is a little gem! Can highly recommend!

This apartment is so amazing. The location is very close to the train station. The apartment is well refurbished that everything is very modern. Owners are very courteous and responsive, check in was smooth and easy. Shelves in the kitchen and other rooms are labeled, so you can easily find everything you need. Towels, bathroom accessories are plenty. Plenty of kitchen accessories for cooking and storage. The apartment is renovated and comfy. The place is 5 mins away from a bus stop, 10 mins from a beautiful park and 30 mins of walking to the city center. Lidl, coop are 5-10 mins away from the apartment. The place was clean on arrival. Welcome coffee is a nice touch. One of the best place I've ever been to.
