The location is amazing. The fact that we had the panorama pass for free bus rides was perfect for the location. Being able to start the day with hot breakfast and a glass of Prosecco was wonderful. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Overall, we had a great stay at a great hotel.

Fantastic stay at Eden Spiez - we decided to splash out for our stay and thoroughly enjoyed it! The staff were incredible friendly and helpful. Though on the front side of the hotel, the room still had a lovely view of the lake; we were provided with welcome drinks, and complimentary fresh bottled water (still + sparkling) every day plus chocolates; there were apples available for guests as well, plus as a cake buffet in the afternoon. Car parking was in a secure multistorey car park, and the hotel was situated a few minutes walk from the restaurants/shops of Spiez, and lake. We did not use the spa much, but enjoyed a full body massage on the day of arrival, and will certainly look forward to using the facilities more when we return in future.

Although it seemed small in the pictures it had everything we needed and was good overall for 4 people. The kitchen had everything we needed in order to cook. The place is very quiet and close to beautiful city Thun.

Good location, well equipped facility and amenity, friendly host taking care of a-z for visitors. Spiez train station is near and short walk. Peaceful village and kind local neighbors helping visitors were really impressive. Definitely good choice for longer stay.

Every things were good. The owner was lovely and made 3 of us's heart touchable. She arrange everything very details. The toilet had everything you need, toothpaste , toothbrush, facial tissue, lady's things ...., the sitting room had several kinds of snacks, the refrigerator had milks and water, the dinner table had apples. I went to many apartments all over the world. Not one had done so details and not just counting the money. The apartment had free parking in front. I highly recommend everyone has car to book this apartment.

I want to say that we enjoyed every moment of our stay at the villa . Perfect villa..location by the lake with access to the lake ...garden and parking. High level of privacy. Nice and generous hosts who answered every question and every request in an exceptional way. The host was very nice , and available for any request. The villa contains all the necessary equipment Large spacious rooms Several showers and toilets Comfortable beds Kitchen with all equipment TV washing machine everything The villa is located in a small village Everything is accessible and close to attractions This is the most beautiful villa we have ever lived in I would love to come back again on future trips to Switzerland. Our stay at this property was exceptional by all means, the view from the spacious balcony and the living room on lake Thun is magical. The flat is refurbished recently and everything is new. The host Della and her family are very friendly and accommodating and go beyond the norms to make the stay comfortable. We will definitely like to come again and stay in the same place.
