Amazing staff who gave us great recommendations on the attractions to visit. We had a very smooth stay and tours thanks to them. Very attentive and responsive ! The room was beautiful, very well furnished and very clean! Breakfast was good with mainly Chinese options.

My stay was PERFECT. The team really helped me plan my stay in Zhangjiajie. They wrote very clear instructions in Mandarin so that I could show bus drivers and get guidance while at the park. The room was very comfortable and clean and the hostel is 10' walk from the East Gate. Thank you so, so much!

The room is spacious and clean. It has everything you need. The water gets replenished and the room simply tidied up everyday. There's a kettle and paper cups in the room to make your own hot drinks or you can enjoy kungfu tea at the lobby. Ming was super helpful and nice. He has plenty of info, local advise and will provide a lot of support throughout the day even while you're out exploring.

I really liked the staff there, they helped us to book the tickets to the park even though we bought it at the same day. They all welcomed us really well. Helped us always. The location is pretty good, close to the park, 5 minutes by car. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Next to the hostel was a good place where we could eat delicious food.
