We stayed for three nights in this hotel to visit Zhangjiajie national park and Grand canyon. The staff was very helpful, gave us tips and a marked map to navigate easily in the park. All the reception ladies are very helpful, they made our trip a lot easier. We had a room on the third floor with a balcony. The room was equipped with all the necessities, housekeeping was everyday. Breakfast was in chinese style. Location is optimal, it's around 15 min. walk from the park entrance. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our experience special. They surprised us with a complimentary afternoon tea, which was such a lovely gesture, and even offered us transportation when we needed it. Had a wonderful stay! The guesthouse was clean and cozy, the bed was really comfy, and the owner was so kind and helpful. Before coming, he added us on WeChat and helped us book tickets. The location was perfect about 10 minute walk from the east gate of the National Forest Park and an 8-minute walk from the charming Xiangxi performance, which is very convenient. There are many delicious restaurants and convenience stores nearby.— close to everything but still quiet. Highly recommended and I’d definitely come back!

Richard is the best. He gave me instructions for everything and even had a plan to still enjoy the national park, if it’s raining/cloudy all day. 5-10min walk to the entrance of the park.
