The hotel was very organized, clean and safe. The Staff members were very polite, helpful in nature and were warm towards me. I had a memorable first time experience in China, thanks to them. This hotel is a definition of perfection. An amazing hotel that is strategically located, tastefully designed, and well-maintained. The staff are all professional, polite, and helpful. I especially love the room: the layout is a bit unique, but it gives a cozy ambiance. I like the small closet & the bathroom is beautiful, and of course the bidet really makes a lot of difference into my stay in China.

I liked the style of the hotel and the decoration of the common spaces which included artwork and sculptures linked to the history of the city. It felt very “culturally immersive”. Breakfast was my favorite part, personally I’ve never seen such variety of dishes in a hotel breakfast buffet.
