Wonderful place, located in a quieter area than the busy Fira, but still within a walking distance to both Fira center and Imerovigli. Lovely resort, very spacious rooms, with access to a shared swimming pool (or with a private pool, depending on the room, I was lucky to receive an upgrade!). Excellent breakfast, with variety of options to pick from. And the staff - helpful, friendly, always providing best support. I had a great stay and when I'm back in Santorini, for sure I will book this place again!

this location is absolutely perfect! easy walk to Fira for food and shopping, only 10min from the airport and the walk to Oia was a nice 2hr stroll. the staff went above and beyond for us too and were so kind when we realised we had booked the cave room (which is beautiful however I am claustrophobic and wasn’t able to be in a space without windows). the breakfast is well worth it with delicious local food. the views from every apartment are incredible- in my opinion they were better than Oia! pick up and drop off to airport is super easy and the driver is knowledgeable and super friendly! everything is clean and feels luxurious.

Great value for money stay in Santorini. Close to the main hub of Fira, while also being far enough from the main touristic area. Nick was extremely friendly and helpful. Stay at the Kafieris was incredible amazing. I travel with my family/friends and we ask to get closer rooms to stay all together, the owner Nikos made it happen! Rooms were perfectly cleaned everyday. Spacious and amazing views from both balconies, MORNINGS, SUNSET AND NIGHT can see Caldera View, cruises and Volcan is clearly seen. Breakfast time you can choose your preferred time, The staff bring your food and drinks in the room and prepare everything in the balcony to enjoy as best. You can spend sometime in the rooftop pool , sun-beds and the pool are extraordinary the weather is fantastic up there! Couldn’t ask for better stay, staff is definitely on top of everything. Location is perfect, step out of the apartment you have the famous 3 bells of Fira, restaurants, bars and souvenirs shops. 5 minutes walk you have Imerovigli and 10 minutes walk City of Fira. Just 10 minutes bar car can go to Oia. A BIG THANK TO THE OWNER ALWAYS THERE GIVING ADVICES FOR THE NEXT DAY ADVENTURE.

    Eva is an exceptional host with an amazing personality. Extremely kind and helpful, welcomed us with a smile and a positive attitude we highly value when we travel. The room was perfect for our expectations. Parking nearby was handy, and it is only a short walk distance to the centre of Fira. Eva gave us great recommendations for food and arranged a transfer to the port when needed.

    The location is perfect, two car parking nearby (literally less than 1 min walking from the hotel) and 10/15 minutes walking from Fira and Imerovigli. So you can enjoy both but in a quiet place. Staff incredible, sea view perfect. I was afraid that I could have heard other guests as described by few costumers but it didn’t happen at all. Breakfast was so good. I really miss this place.

    A wonderful hotel in a great location. It has an amazing view, probably the best on the island. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants, and there is convenient free parking nearby. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. Breakfast, which was very good, was served on the room's porch. We enjoyed every minute of staying there.

    The hotel was clean, rooms good size (stayed in the duplex), hot tub, stunning views of the sea and volcano from the room, the famous sunset from the balcony - no need to travel to crowded tourist spots for the sunset, location was good - can walk to Fira main square and Imerovigli in approx. 15 min, 2 min walk from free parking, Approx. 20 min drive from the airport.
