Large bedroom, small kitchen and a relatively large bathroom. The shower is awesome. They can store your bike somewhere so it is a great place for those of us doing the Alpe-Adria bike route. But the best part is the service Antonella and Luca provide. They are both caring and helpful. Antonella even did my laundry! If I ever return to Udine, I will definitely consider staying with them again.

If you have a car, which you will need only for out of town tours, you will appreciate the private parking spot it offers, since downtown Udine offers limited street parking options. We were here for just one night and we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The host is present exactly when needed by sending all the necessary information even before we'd asked! The skill of anticipation makes a good host a great one! :) The flat is renovated to a great finish and design. Generous toiletries and coffee and tea. Very clean. The location is very central and it comes with the expected night life outside but the windows are very good quality, with mosquito nets, light/sun blocking screens and noise insulation. I hope we get a chance to come back soon. Also, if you like vinyls - Wizard Di Goran Boncina Udine is the place to visit near the flat (among many other lovely shops and restaurants!)

First things first - Karin is amazing. Personally we feel it would be impossible not to fall instantly in love with her :) She was sweet, charming and caring for everything we possibly needed. Her English is perfect and she gives great recommendations, she's incredibly warm and kind and all in all, just an awesome person to talk to and share interesting conversations with. 5 minutes into knowing her we both already felt like giving her a hug (no kidding). It is very apparent that she loves people and likes hosting them. She happily provides solutions to any issues you may need help with in the city - and (in our case, not to make any promises on her behalf) she actually offered to drive us from and to the terminal, as well as to the center of the city each day, making stops where we needed. She did all of that happily with an honest smile as if it was the most natural thing to do, and that's incredible. (We should clarify this shouldn't be expected in any way, maybe we were just lucky, but our point is it says more about her character than anything else). Now - the house and the room are stunning, including the charming pastoral little farm with a few chickens and green landscapes all around. The place is very quiet, peaceful and serene. The room is superbly clean and neatly organized, beautiful and pleasant, and very spacious including a big bed with cozy warm sheets. Yes, the room is part of their house but there is complete and total privacy (including a private toilet and an amazing shower). The facilities are all excellent. Breakfast was a pleasure as well, diverse and meticulously crafted for our preferences, composed entirely of local organic products (and eggs from their farm). Everything was delicious, and mainly - it always seems like a lot of thought (and love) has gone into every small detail. All in all, our stay was just perfect. It made us feel joyful and inspired, and we actually left wishing we wouldn't have to go.

    The hotel has own parking lots. Anytime you can find free places. The breakfast is real Italian style. Prosciutto, fine cheeses, perfect coffee. The location is close to the old center of the city. You can rich that by walk.
