We had a wonderful stay at Neptune Rianta. The accommodation was perfect, beautiful tented accommodation overlooking the river, woken by hippos every morning. The staff were outstanding, friendly and efficient, in particular, Daisy our wonderful waitress, Daniel our friendly butler and Daniel our masai safari guide who was incredibly knowledgeable and exceeded our expectations in every way. Daniel ensured we found every animal, providing us with detailed information and was so much fun to be with!

Peal mara was excellent! super friendly staff, responsive, polite, helpful. The tent was luxurious, clean, comfortable, safe! There were people walking us back and forth in case wildlife appears in the way. Sunset and sunset views were also top. The people working there are always available to accommodate your every need. The whole place is built in respect to the surrounding nature. The safari driver, Sietoti, and Rachel, a trainee, were experienced and educated, and was able to identify every corner of Maasai Mara and provide rich information about nature and wildlife during our daily safari game drives. A truly amazing duo who made our trip unforgettable. They really took care of us. Also, the food was delicious, chef was excellent! I would definitely go back again!

There were a lots of things that we liked about our stay. To start with we were really happy with the tents, they were so comfortable and cozy. The hospitality was amazing. Everyone was always ready to help us out and we really connected well. The food was amazing, always had a nice and balanced diet, with so many different varieties. We were really made to feel special. All in all a perfect holiday, in a beautiful country. Kenya definitely has our heart. We will definitely want to visit again, will also recommend Olkinyei Mara Tented Camp to anyone who wants an amazing Mara experience.

Perfect for backpackers and individual travelers. This camp is literally your only choice for an affordable safari at Masai Mara. For little money you will stay in a clean tent and have access to simple but well maintained utilities. Wifi works surprisingly well, you have access to an unexpectedly big pool and can enjoy very tasty dinners in the restaurant. The owner is a skilled organizer of transport and shared safaris. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Rooms were very comfortable and cleaned daily to a high standard. Hot water is available on demand or after 6pm. The location is the best thing about the camp, it is right next door to the entrance to the national park so you can get in right when it opens. The camp itself is also frequently visited by animals. We saw crocodiles, hippos, baboons, various species of deer and mongoose to name a few. The owner is friendly and responsive to your needs and even arranged transport to our next accommodation. As a bonus each meal was very delicious and they are flexible with what time you would like to eat. Overall, Talek Bush camp may be lacking some of the frills of the larger lodges but the underlying quality is very high. We felt more comfortable here than at our MUCH more expensive lodge in Amboseli.

Beautiful camp and most amazing staff. We felt super welcomed as a Family with a 1.5 year old kid. Safaris are amazing. They are super flexible and we saw all the big cats. Not to be missed - breakfast in the bush. The service is outstanding, every night they put a hot water bottle in your bed. It's this kind of attention :-)

Nice accommodation. We stayed first night in chalet at the premise. Manager suggested us to get tent at river side for full experience Masai Mara. Was great! The location is perfect, right next to the Talek gate. You have a view on the Masaai Mara from your tent/bungalow! We were in a tent with our family of 5, incl 3 kids. We LOVED the place. Highly recommendable. The staff is simply great, they take care of you from the start until the end. Clean, spacious and comfortable tent/bungalow. The pictures dont do justice to the place.
