One of the best places we have ever stayed at. ❤️ Very clean and the family running this home stay is very friendly and helpful. Fantastic place with the best staff. It was our 10 year wedding anniversary and the chef (Ajit Wasantha) prepared a special table and made wonderful 4 course meal for us and surprised us by making it a romantic dinner even with a cake written "Anniversary 10 years"! It was magical and the staff were all lovely and very accommodating. Especially Sameera, Sunandesh they're really nice and speak good English too! Breafast is amazing. The villa is beautiful we had the best time there, highly recommended!

Golden Ray Villa is the perfect place to stay. Sanjeewa is the nicest person we have met in Sri Lanka, his food it's the most delicious we had, and each and every breakfast is diffetent and prepared with love. His attention to detail is amazing. The room was beautiful, super clean, and the beds are very confortable. The AC is very helpfull as it gets very hot in Anuradhapura in the hotter months. Inside there is this little garden, were you can relax, and a parking place inside (for us was very good since we had our own tuk tuk).

Everything was quite impressive. Clean and tidy and the staff are good. We had a nice sleep and pleasant experience there after pedalling a very long and endurance ride pushing against the head winds from Mannar to Anuradhapura Special mention - veg breakfast is excellent

Everything, the house is very nice, clean and well equipped (Hot water was available). The hosts were extremely kind and available! They gave us many valuable recommendations and spent time with us making sure that everything went smooth with our stay. We had a super nice dinner at their place and we highly recommend it. Following their recommendations we did a tour of the ancient city at a very reasonable price with the tuk tuk drove by Irosh. Extremely nice experience that we reccomend
