The staff were all excellent! So much grateful because the environment itself from the lobby,the cafe up to the room was totally awesome. A mom like me who has a child with special needs,sometimes I tend to asked like heating up the milk since he has a difficulty eating,and yet the staff helped me a lot which I was so much grateful. It was indeed a safe environment for him since we do not want some any chaos or too much crowd unlike with some hotels. They are all helpful and I can recommend this hotel so much.

Absolute perfection! Staff was so attentive and helpful, they treated us like royalty. Breakfast was exceptional - never experienced such level of variety and perfect service in hotel for breakfast ever. Location is perfect, just at the strip, connected with The Londoner.
