The scenery is awe inspiring. The peace and quiet is invigorating. Amazing views and walks along the river to a fantastic view of Mt Cook. The night sky is absolutely amazing.

A well designed motel. It was comfortable and spacious It had everything we needed and had fantastic views of the snow capped mountains.

The room itself was great, clean and modern - the shower area was very well heated. From the hotel you can book the glacier tours and stargazing tours - we did the glacier tour which I would highly recommend. Buffet at dinner time was very good but how much can you eat at the same place. There was no other place to eat.
