Fast Internet connection, comfortable bed, free water, complimentary welcoming coffee, security of the room, possibility of renting car/motorbike on site, safe and friendly neighbourhood .....and above all the kindness of all the staff; they even cooked for me a special delicious chicken adobo delivered to my room after I enquired about Philippines dishes. It’s a great hostel, very spacious and comfy, with big lockers and really nice staff. The space is super clean even tho there’s quite a lot of people. They also have a canteen with budget friendly prices, good food and a wide choice of cakes, AND a spa area where you can get a good massage with a discount for hostel guests. A great place to stay if you wanna be close to the airport or just lay low for a few days.

From booking to check-out, my experience was smooth and pleasant. The manager/owner was very responsive to my requests, which I truly appreciated. Upon arrival, the check-in process was hassle-free. I simply presented my ID, and everything was good to go. The room was spacious, enough to comfortably accommodate 2 to 3 people (though I think there's an extra charge for additional guests). It was clean and well-maintained, with freshly laundered sheets and a spotless toilet and bath. One of the highlights of my stay was the access to amenities, both the gym and pool were available and I made sure to use them every day! The location is also a big plus. Very near the airport, so transportation wasn’t a problem at all. As a final touch, I even received a thoughtful thank you message upon check-out, which added to the overall warmth of the stay.
