Nice and clean accomodation. Camp fire at night. Locally owned business. Many monkeys. The tours were very well organized, more authentic than what you can find in stone town. The food is amazing!

There is so much to say about this lovely hotel! The staff members are incredibly kind and always available to assist whenever you need them. They decorated our room for my fiancé’s birthday surprise and even offered us a small bento cake. It was so cute! Regarding the location, the hotel is only about 35 minutes from the airport and close to Paje, but it’s a bit far from the northern part of the island. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and offer a beautiful view of the pool and the beach — especially the Mafia 1 room. The food was delicious, and the scent inside the rooms was simply divine. I was in love with it! Even our clothes came back from the laundry smelling amazing. The spa is cute, and the massage was relaxing — I truly recommend it. The ladies there really know what they’re doing!

Everything was AMAZING. The staff is incredibly nice and always made me feel welcome. I took a yoga and meditation class which were offer by the hotel, both the best clases I have ever taken. The food is delicious both diner and breakfast. My room was beautiful, the bed extremely comfortable, and they go way beyond with all the toiletreats. The pool is also super niche and while the hotel does not have access to the beach, a 5 min golf cart will take you there. Great location too, near to trendy restaurants and artisan markets.

Our vacation at Ycona Luxury Resort Zanzibar lived up to our expectations. We really liked the hotel itself and its beautiful, well-maintained grounds: green alleys, neat gardens, and a clean beach that is cleaned every day. The staff are very pleasant and always try to help with everything. The evenings in the restaurants were particularly memorable: delicious dinners and live music with an interesting repertoire.
