The room was nicely appointed, and very clean. It was also very quiet. There was plenty of parking. Check In was easy, and the owner explained everything. Nice place to stay.

Very good option in Delta. Clean rooms, comfy beds, and friendly staff. Parking right in front of your room and easy drive to Grand Junction or Montrose.
